3 weeks ago, I gave up caffeine.
I didn’t like how much I relied on it to feel productive. My physical withdrawal is gone but now I’m experiencing cravings.
If I’m bored at work or tired, caffeine cravings come rolling in. How can I manage this?
I do wish I was more energized when I’m bored or when I’m doing work early in the mornings. I find it hard to have the same work ethic in those scenarios but would love to get back to how I was feeling when I was fuelled by caffeine.
