No Positive Thoughts


I am noticing that ALL my thoughts are negative or critical–I should be doing X; I need to stop Y; I hated the way I look/feel… The homework is just showing me that I’m not in a good frame of mind–something I already know, but I feel like I’m in a rut.

How do I get out of this or do I just accept that I’m feeling lousy and unmotivated because of all my thoughts?

I don’t know the difference between resisting negative thoughts or doing something different to get different results/thoughts.

Please help!
