The company that I work for purchased Chris Plachy’s material for a Thought Model Boot Camp. I noticed the class in our Learning Management System and did a back flip. I dared myself to meet with our Talent Development Manager and tell her of my love and knowledge of the thought model and how I use it to teach goal setting with my dressage equestrian group. Turns out that HR is planning a “Beyond Bootcamp” series and are actively looking for people to champion the program with blogs and vlogs. Although, my role is Compliance Manager, I am going to be the Champion Lead for the program. Pinch me!
