I am watching Stop Overeating, but I am not trying to lose weight, I am simply stopping the overeating behavior and I have arrived pretty recently to my right sized body (I don’t weigh so this body just feels right to me). You said “the most important thing to eat WHEN YOU ARE LOSING weight is your own fat” and that we can handle hunger, there is no need to snack. How can I adapt this to a circumstance where I am maintaining my weight? Do I snack when I get to -2? -4? Do I still not consider snacking an option and wait until I have a planned meal? I’m afraid that I’ll be losing weight forever if I keep eating and allowing hunger the way I did when I first joined scholars and did the Stop Overeating series.
