No sugar no flour drama

I know that what I want is to eat no flour no sugar.

When I’m visiting my dad back home, I’m used to eating bread with jam and cakes! It reminds me of my childhood…!  After eating it, I know that it isn’t what I want for my body and for my health.

Could you suggest a few empowering questions that will make me question this attachment to something that I’ve been doing so much but that I don’t want anymore!?
