On a previous question regarding being an employed life coach vs having your own coaching business, you answered this:
“Many of my students use their coaching skills in every job you can imagine. But yes, I think there is a huge demand for coaches and a huge demand for clients and many coaches who don’t want to build businesses. This is my new business model I’m creating within the next three years at my school. I will employ full time coaches to coach. They won’t have to do any of the marketing, they will simply show up and coach their faces off all the day long. I CAN’T WAIT to offer this to everyone. Clients want it and coaches want it.”
I love coaching but have no desire to build a business. Do you plan to employ coaches exclusively at your school or would you consider employing coaches long distance/phone? Sure wish I lived in TX!! #dreamjob
