Non negotiable


I have some very good wellness habits that are non-negotiable and I find it super easy to do them. Almost nothing ever unless it’s an extreme circumstance causes me to skip.

I’d like to take that same attitude and approach to not overeating. But for some reason I’ve told myself this is a harder one for me because I’ve done it for so long.

How do I create the same unwavering mentality towards this habit I want to build? Logically I know ways to manage urges but, in the moment, I don’t do it most of the time.
