Normal Diet

Hi Brooke, fortunately,I don’t have overweight and I am not spending time with overdrinking or overeating activities. I only remove the pure sugar or sweet things from my diet but not the whole Carbs since I like bread n rice. My diet is always based on the nutrition pyramid portion with 3 meals per day , enough fruits n vegetables,less preservatives n more fresh foods n water. Recently I try to listen to my body whenever I feel hungry I wait for 10min then I eat my meal. As good advancements in nutritional science nowadays I want to know more about a good normal diet ! Or is there any diet plan as a maintenance which can be useful for us? Thanks
