Hi – I’ve been doing the model work for about a few weeks now and have started the emotions work (active – not passive :). I’m trying to wrap my head around how the process of purposely changing our thoughts is different from the traditional affirmations? I heard Brooke say that they’re very different, but other than only choosing purposeful thoughts that seem like you could believe them (vs. something too far out there), they seem the same? Would love a deeper explanation. Thanks!
