Not Allowing the Urge and Wanting to Learn from it!

I wanted to be able to keep crisps at home. They were small packages and I was sure I could enjoy one package here and there!

Today, I was hungry and ate 4 of them which isn’t SO MUCH because the bags are super small. But I want to learn from this experience and know what to do next time with a clear process!

I did not feel bad at first because I was truly hungry. But my future self wouldn’t want to eat this if she would have been hungry!

I feel like I need somebody else to believe in me because I’m beating myself up a bit right now.
