Not committed enough


Hi Brooke, I’ve been listening to the podcast (episode #198 on success stories) and I was struck by the fact that I don’t feel as committed as the successful people on the podcast. I feel resistant to making some of the changes necessary for weight loss and just want to quit quite frequently. I want to be so committed but I just don’t feel it right now. I really really want this…but somehow I’m not motivated to make the changes needed.
