Not eating till noon.

I want to be a weight loss coach (really I want to help women my age with depression and I think weight loss is a perfect entry place) so I am really appreciating and enjoying the Stop Overeating Workshop Asset. I am/ experimenting with not eating till noon and have done that about three days now. I feel lightheaded and have had a couple of instances at the gym of getting a little faint. Do those feelings go away when you get used to not eating till 12 or is it just something you learn to work with?
