I have business lunches 4 days a week. I never know which restaurant we will go to. My written protocol is to have a 100% veggie salad with salmon or chicken. I notice i feel anxiuos because retaurants dont make salads with 10 oz of veggies, especially if it is a caeser salad. As an alternative i will sometimes plan to have cooked veggies and salmon or chicken. Same challenge, never 10 oz veggies. Is the solution just to realize that if i am hungry before dinner that it isnt an emergency? How do you deal with scant veggie portions in Restaurants?
