Not following protocol


I am not following protocol, and I writing intentional models about my health condition or wanting to lose weight is not working for me. I think I need to go to the source.

This is the unintentional thought model today:

C: Not following protocol
T: I am never going to be able to do this.
F: Desperate, anxious
A: Eat
R: Not following protocol

As I wrote that out, it came to me that I may be able to follow protocol for one meal.

C: Protocol
T: I think it is possible to follow protocol for one meal
F: Hopeful, curious
A: Eat on protocol once today
R: Be on protocol for one meal a day

Have you seen progress with this type of work for clients, working on one meal a day and progressing towards two meals, etc.?
