I’ve reached my target weight. Earlier I used to have breakfast and lunch for months . For past few weeks I’ve lunch and dinner . Since I’m doing intermittent fasting for more than 8 months I eat meals on assigned timings . Sometimes I would get hungry at 1030 am but that would pass . I don’t feel hungry when it’s time for lunch and dinner . I eat as it’s my plan . My question is do I follow my body’s hunger signal to eat or continue to have meals when planned even when not hungry.
