I do 10 oz veggies, 4 oz protein, 4 tbls fat at noon and then at 5pm. I’m noticing that in the afternoon I’m not hungry at all for my second meal at 5pm. I might feel slightly hungry around 7 or 8pm. Do skip the meal? Eat later? Reduce the amount of food at the meals?
I’ve been on this protocol for a week and a half. I added 1 tbls fat and 1 oz protein because before I was still feeling hunger at like a 3 on the hunger scale after my meals and I was starving during my morning fast. I’ve been working on a protocol with a morning fast since April and have lost 17 pounds. Even better is that I feel ah-mazing!!! Thank you thank you! Meagan
