Hi! From listening to the podcasts I know that “not knowing” something is not acceptable. I’m wondering if you have any tools to push past that initial confusion stage. For example, I’m currently at my parents’ home for the holiday with my boyfriend and I find myself being annoyed by everybody and everything. I sat down to do a model and had a really hard time identifying the thought that was causing these feelings. I patiently asked myself a bunch of questions, but I didn’t come up with a thought that really resonated with me and I still find myself thinking “I don’t know”. Thanks!
