(Not) Learn & Move On


I have been trying to use both the Urges sheet as well as the Learn & Move On sheet in order to stop my habit of overeating.
Each time I give in to an urge or craving, I sit down and do the tedious sheet, and what I’ve noticed is that my brain weighs the consequences of moments after the overeating and it says: ‘It’s so worth it for the taste to have the bagel/pastry/croissant that I don’t mind doing that sheet after that.’

Perhaps I am only moving on and not learning?
