I have planned a very good protocol which I have been following. I have eliminated sugar and flour and only have a few allowed drinks on the weekends. I have continued with my exercise and I am feeling really good. But, I have been doing this for 4 weeks and I haven’t lost any weight.
I asked my trainer to look at my food plan and she said I am not eating enough. but I think I am eating enough and I am not extra hungry. But I don’t think I could cut out any more food. I could give up the wine, but it’s not that much and it’s my joy eat. Also, I am eating within a 12-hour window at 8am 1 pm and 6 pm with no in-between snacking.
My goal is to lose 20-30 pounds put on during the last few years. I’m trying not to get discouraged. Any thoughts??
