Sometimes when I sit down to do my thought download, I cant seem to find what to write. I’ve sat there and breathed, meditated, and the things that i end up writing just dont seem that previlent. I do feel like i often intellectualize my emotions. I would like to feel them but its as if I been in my head for so long that my heart has been overrided. I could start with that thought I guess! Lol
Just wanting to share this because ive noticed how hard it can be for me to really check in. Does anyone else have this issue??
