When you ask what wasn’t so great about yesterday and how can I change it in my mind to be great, I don’t understand the how can I change it part. For example, I said I ate french fries and went off protocol. Are you wanting me to change my mind specifically pertaining to eating the fries and how I’m thinking about eating the fries, or are you wanting me to focus on something that went well and don’t think even think about how I ate the fries. I hope this make sense.
