Hi Brooke and Co!
I’ve being doing the homework everyday and I’m so proud of myself for committing to it. I am finding though that nothing too serious or negative comes up in my thought downloads. It’s all fairly basic stuff, nothing deep and scary. I’ve also found that sometimes when a negative thought comes up my next thought is a counter positive thought to it. Should I be looking at that in more detail somehow? And should I maybe make topics for my daily thought downloads to uncover more of my negative thought patterns? Or keep going as I have been? I’ve been doing my daily thought downloads in the morning almost straight away after 10mins of meditation so maybe that’s preventing all the gross stuff from coming up? Thanks in advance for your help!
