Noticing catastrophic thinking: big change

I have been in SCS for 11 months now and I am seeing two amazing changes in how I observe my thoughts routinely. First, I see how often my brain starts to panic and goes immediately to catastrophic thinking. Second, I am becoming able to look at my thoughts and feelings without judging myself so harshly. The next level for me is to keep working on both of these, while I work on allowing myself to feel all of my feelings without resisting. SCS is amazing. I know I am the one doing the work, but I could not do it without all of the SCS tools and coaches. Thank you!
