November homework: recurring indulgent emotions

Hi coaches, loving the November homework. I am noticing that the same indulgent emotions are coming up for me (overwhelm, anxiety, worry) and while I write out how they feel and what they mean, why I do it, what I can do instead etc, they persist.
Can you please help? Will they always continue to come with such frequency? Is it about recognising their uselessness and deciding to feel another way? Thank you so much
