Hi Brooke, my question is about this month’s week 3 homework (page 52). What are some examples of “Plan to Allow This Feeling On Purpose” ? My 1st example –
Feeling I resist:
Anger
Thoughts that cause this feeling:
“How dare they….”
“It’s not fair that…”
Plan to allow this feeling on purpose:
Let myself understand why I feel angry, do a thought download on it and a model ….? (Is that a good way to answer the last question? )
