NSNF and IF Questions


Hi, I am going through the Stop Overeating course and am on day 12. My plan was to go six weeks before entertaining the idea of an exception. Yesterday, I ate some Nutella and felt like garbage for 3 hours – huge reminder to not eat the sugar! My question is, do I need to restart the 6 weeks of NSNF or do I keep going from here?

Also, I thought having anything at all other than black coffee, tea or water during the fasting period breaks the fast. But, I know Brooke says she has heavy cream in her coffee and that doesn’t break the fast. I can’t have dairy, so typically do a blend of almond milk and coconut milk. If I have that, will it break the fast or just stick to black coffee?
