Hello, I wanted your advice in some ideas to strategize on obstacles in my weight loss process. Are there any videos or courses to help with this?
When I listed my obstacles, I came up with about 12-14 common ones, ranging in difficulty from the simpler to the more entrenched in my life. I then tried listing possible strategies for each, but found myself slightly confused where to start – from the easier? The hardest? Altogether or one by one?
I realize this is a very individual process, but I’m just wondering if there are any problem solving resources about obstacle strategizing on Scholars.
