After we fill out our workbook pages each day, should we then use that material to mine for a few models? If yes, should we be starting with feelings?

Under Circumstances and Facts Organization you say that we will make a list of the facts of our life. I feel very Felix Unger asking this, but, is that something we have already been assigned and I missed it, or something yet to come?
