Dear Brooke, I’ve really enjoyed this month. In the homework one thing I keep noticing is that my actions and results tend to be fueled by fear/anxiety. This applies to big goals (like completing work projects) and my day-to-day life (like caring for my kids and getting places on time). In many ways it makes me effective because fear can be so compelling. But this month has got me thinking – could there be a better way? Could using fear as my main fuel be a reason I’m accomplishing day to day but not creating the results I truly want? Thanks so much.
