Off protocol half way through lose 8lb in June- no weight loss

C- off protocol and no weight loss
T- I just can’t do this
F- hopeless, shame, disappointed
A- binge more, think about what I can eat
R- eat more off protocol.

Are there any helpful thoughts I could practice instead of thinking I can’t stay on protocol? I was doing great for the first week but have given up for the last few days. I want to be back on track. My why is to show myself I can back myself and honor my future self as well as so I can fit into my favorite clothes. Thanks!
