Ok so now I feel like crap….. now what?


Brooke. You were right. I have forced myself to stop buffering with food and alcohol and now I feel like total crap. Now what? This doesn’t feel good and I’m trying to find this part in the stop over eating seminar. I am first trying to accept it. But I have to be honest, i don’t like it. What now – a thought dump? Models? I am ok not turning to food but man I feel awful. I cried half the weekend.
