Hey Brooke! Whew… So lots o’ work. When I stopped holding my partner’s drink at volleyball and finally figured out the purpose I want to live by, I realized I’ve been living very small and secure for way too long. So I’m now thinking more about who I want to be and what I want to do – and wondering how to go about bringing that to life. It feels like I’m going from 0 to 60. How do you start living life more on purpose – in terms of what you do, where you go, goals, etc? I’ve set aside my “bucket list” for safety/security for quite a few years now – and now that I look at it again, it looks overwhelming. Like “Wow! Who was this person who dreamed so big? And HOW do I get that person back?” What do you recommend for something shaking off the cobwebs and trying to figure out what they really want and HOW to get it? (i.e. I’d love to do 100 things all at once, but it feels daunting and unrealistic. Should I pick 1 big one? 5 goals in different categories? No goals? All 100?) Just curious what you tell people who start thinking again that they can have more out of life than what they’ve been settling for. Thanks! 🙂
