I started the program late and am still catching up on materials, so sorry if this is answered in something I haven’t read yet! I have been trying to do my thought downloads and daily questions in the morning, but haven’t been doing them consistently. Instead I allow work and family to-dos distract me from them.
Would it work to do them at night? So instead of writing my dominant feeling from yesterday and thinking about one thing I want to accomplish today, I would write about dominant feeling today and one thing I want to accomplish tomorrow.
