Older and losing weight

I am closer to 68 than I am 67. My doctor set my goal weight at 135. I am only 5’1. She believes it’s important for older women to carry a little extra weight in case they get sick, plus they simply look better a little heavier. A year ago I weighed 175 pounds. This morning I weighed 130! Using your ideas, especially IF has done it. Now I look at my sagging skin and wonder if I should stop. 130 cant possibly be my magic number at my height, but the tradeoffs? More sagging, looking older than I am possibly. What do you think?
