On Resistance

I’m curious about what The Life Coach School teaches about resistance.

I’ve been taught that anything I resist, I strengthen and that means I’ll just get more of it. As a result, I do my best to allow the feelings of resistance to flow by. I don’t focus on them (which I believe is treating them as if they’re an unintentional model F-line).

What resources can you point me to around this topic so I can increase my understanding.
