One belief at a time

Hi. Just listened to the replay of the coaching call with Jenn and she said she likes to practice one new belief at a time…

I’m curious why and how long it usually takes before you move to practicing a new belief.

Here’s my deal- I was working on beliefs surrounding weight loss and was dropping an average of 1-2 pounds a week. Feeling like I had it down, I started to move on to other goals and focusing on other things and beliefs… but some circumstances changed and I’ve found myself back in a weight loss plateau, with some old beliefs resurfacing.

Would it be appropriate to just focus on the new beliefs surrounding my body and weight and food until I get them so ingrained instead of switching to another subject just because I feel ready?
