I am starting a model with the thought, “I chose the wrong guy.”
C would be, I have no children after 12 years in this relationship and we don’t share any quality time as he works from Monday to Saturday 7 am to midnight, and sleeps on Sunday.
F is sadness, loneliness, anger
A are buffering, blaming him, indecision about having kids in this situation
R is making the relationship worse, reinforcing the fact I chose the wrong guy, not making any decision.
I am new to practicing the model and I feel this one is not correct as there are 2 different circumstances that may not seem directly related to the thought (I have this feeling that I would have to explain why this C so it may not be a good C!)
