In doing my homework, I often find the one thing I want to accomplish is often a feeling (frequently confident…..I know that this is because I’m not wanting to feel anxious/fear/insecure/etc). Is this okay? Or does my thing I want to accomplish need to be a task. If so, does it need to be a measurable task (like our impossible goal). I feel like there is so much I want to get done everyday (work, kids, self-coaching scholars, health, etc), I don’t feel that I can specify just one thing daily.
