Can most of your current problems be linked to the one thought and how do you find it. I feel like my real thought is hiding and almost like the thoughts I come up with my mind has just made up to hide what that real thought is. When I find the thought it just does not seem quite right, like I have just missed the point. It is like the feeling of “anxious/stressed” is sometimes just a cover for what the real feeling is. I get “stressed” and I overeat (weight problem), Avoid doing what I need too (procrastination), feel unworthy (self-confidence problem), get snappy or down (emotional problem). I have tried to do the thought download but when I look at then they are all circumstances or feelings not real thoughts. I have looked at the thought download video but this is what made me realise what I was writing were not thoughts.
