I am feeling overwhelmed for I can only see the “mountain of work”.
I am feeling anxious and alone and can’t concentrate on my work.
I know it would help to break things down in smaller tasks but the less I get done the more I sometimes start to panic.
I also try and see it as a goal to do B- work.
circumstance: several things need to get done
thought: I need to do everything by yesterday and A+ work
feeling: anxious, overwhelmed
action: buffering, avoiding the things that need to get done, texting on WhatsApp, checking the news, checking my email, dealing with far less important and not urgent tasks
