Opening to pain


I am watching your September behind-the-scenes video and I want to thank you for sharing so openly about your 50%. 🙂

One thing that resonated with me is this idea that as soon as you feel pain, you open to it and it softens you.

I understand this completely in theory, but wonder if you can elaborate a little bit about the practice of this and what it looks like, in your brain and in your body?
