Options for Next Steps


I have a goal to be comfortable around my partner, regardless of external circumstances, and to stay committed to our relationship.

The current reality is that I’m taking action toward these goals by putting myself in stretch circumstances (meeting his friends and family —vice versa, sex with lights on, moving across the country, signing a lease together) but my thoughts are often anxious and self-critical (counterproductive), sabotaging comfort and motivation.

I’m wondering what a bite-sized actionable goal might look like to help me better manage my thoughts and enjoy my growth experience more.

I take advantage of SCS resources, including coaching, thought downloads, and courses. But my emotional progress doesn’t feel visible. Do you have any suggestions?
