Organize Your Life and Your Mind Booklet Week 1

Hi, coaches!

I am doing the Organize Your Life and Your Mind booklet. I am in the first week.

As everyday we repeat the same “protocol” with the same questions, I tend to repeat myself, especially for the questions about the circumstances and thoughts I had in my life (not just the last days).

Should I try to diversify these listings of circumstances and thoughts? For example by focusing on different aspects of life (family, health, work)? Or is it useful and part of the work to have this repetitions from day to day during this week?
