Organizing beliefs and models


I am wondering if there is any sense or benefit to keeping a separate notebook for intentional models and new beliefs versus the habitual, primitive brain beliefs I wish to break myself of thinking. Now that I have practiced writing down models every day for the last month, I recognize my thought downloads reveal similar or the same thoughts when I am getting stuck. If I have already uncovered these thoughts and need to work on practicing new thought ladders/beliefs to get where I want to be, is it better to shift to a notebook that is full of repetitive, positive thoughts that I can pickup and read/reread for practice?
