Organizing my self coaching work

Hi! I’m new to scholars but have been listening to the podcast for a time. I have a question about organizing my work. Right now I’m working on stop overeating and I have one journal I’m working in. I’m using the front for stop overeating and for daily thought downloads and models I’m working from the back of the journal. This doesn’t feel like good organization in the long run. What are some other ideas. Is it printing out download and model forms and putting them in a binder? I like the idea of working in a journal but don’t know if I’ll be referring back to models, etc and thumbing through dense journal writing. Do most people keep all of their work, and how? Thanks for any help.
