Orientation in the vault

Hi coaches,

I have started my journey here with Monday Hour One, and then with the Urge Jar. During my 1-to-1 coaching sessions, we uncovered that I had a lot of negative thoughts about myself when doing a thought download on my name.

I would like to know which resources in the vault would be the more useful to go on from there and guide my self coaching practice around these thoughts. I saw several resources that could go in the direction of observing these thoughts, allowing the feelings, and then hopefully introduce/reinforce thoughts. I would like any advice on which one would be more interesting to follow with. For the moment, I spotted the program “How to feel better” and several classes in the Scholars Fundamentals.
