Other People’s Opinion

I teach special education at an inner-city high school. My students have behavior problems and the other teachers control it by yelling at them. I get very anxious that they are better teachers than I am because they yell more. I have never been a good yeller and I find that that is not the way to solve your problems in the classroom. How do I get over what other teachers think about my discipline in my classroom? How do I make it that other people’s opinions don’t matter to me?
