Does the “Stop Overeating” program work with other lifestyle plans such as Ultimate Portion Fix or Reset (forget the exact name of it), or Optavia? I’m surrounded by friends who sell these programs and I would love to support them in their businesses, but am hesitant to do so because I know your program will work if I do it, but I am so stuck, I cannot even begin to fathom no sugar in my coffee in the morning. Help! Can I combine the plans somehow?
