After completing daily thoughts downloads, i have noticed that alot of my thoughts focus on how other people’s behaviors and energy (or my corncern of what they may think) affect me. So, do you have strategies for those of us who may take on other people’s feelings or who are depleated from their negative energy?
I have tried using the strategy if neutralizing how i feel about the person, but could use a suggestion of what to do in the moment as their energy starts to overwhelm.
