Just knowing that its my brain going back to repetitive issues it thinks it needs to do everyday may have finally set me free from a weed problem i’ve been hiding in the background here. When you gave examples of how you talk to your own brain about food (cupcakes) I had the “aha” moment. “My brain just THINKS it needs the cupcake.. I tell it its fine, it really doesn’t need it.” So simple… hello?!?
